Services Provided Our lawn care services include aeration, fertilization, and grass seeding. These services are performed with the utmost care and professionalism to enhance the health and appearance of your lawn.
Customer Responsibilities Customers are responsible for ensuring their lawn is free of obstacles, such as toys, furniture, or debris, prior to scheduled services. We are not liable for damages caused by items left on the lawn.
Service Limitations Lawn care results may vary based on factors beyond our control, including weather conditions, soil quality, pest infestations, and improper maintenance by the customer.
Scheduling and Cancellations Service appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled service. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Liability While we take every precaution to avoid damage, we are not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damage to underground utilities, irrigation systems, or other property.
Payment Terms Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Late payments may incur additional fees.
Acceptance of Terms By scheduling services with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
